Service Description

This is a group session lasting about 2 hours helping us all to connect with one another and in the process heal ourselves, meet other people and create a happier life. This group is for people curious about psychology and spirituality and those interested in hearing about other people's experiences. During our meetings we will be discussing how psychology meets with spirituality and how we can use them together to enhance our wellbeing.
